Have you tried deleting all your fonts and starting over?

Hello! I tried your method but it did not work I was so confident that it would solve the problem. I am spent the last 6 hours trying to solve it and there is not a forum or website that I havent visited.

Any other solutions that you have? Coz the next thing I am going to do it reformat my harddrive and do a clean install of all the softwares including Illustrator!
